2. Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

At JTWEEN, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.
*Please Note:
- We process orders between Monday to Friday 9:00am. to 5:00pm PT. Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
- All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3.Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
4.Cancel Unpaid Orders
If your order is not paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.
5.Cancel Paid Orders
If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via support@jtween.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
6.Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that logistics tracking information may take 3-5 business days to be updated in the system. You can also check real-time status updates yourself by entering the tracking number on 17track.net. If your order was placed 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us (support@jtween.com)
7.Unclaimed Orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
8.Custom / Duty Fees / Remittance Fee
Customs fees and Sale tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
9.Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
*Certain items may be on backorder;
*Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.
10.Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Packages
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
11.Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and email support@jtween.com immediately, if something is missing. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
12. Return Note
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
13.Shipping Delays
- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
- Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 48 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
