Return & Refund Policy
NOTE:
- If possible, please take a video while opening your parcels/parcels.
- Claims for defects/damage/missing items/wrong items without proof will not be prioritised.
- We always check the products before we send them out.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please Contact Us (email: support@jtween.com) or online help within 30 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
1. Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled.
NOTE: We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit or shipped”
2. Return Process
1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
3.Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry,mask and accessories.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by JTWEEN.
6. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
4.Return Address
We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 1 business days.
NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
5.Refund
1.If you purchased two or more products, you can request a partial refund for the unsatisfied item.
2.Product not received / Defective product / Product different from the one advertised: a solution will be made within 5 business days after estimated delivery time.
3.Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction/ The amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as it appears on the website/ Duplicate charges: a solution will be made within 5 days after notification of charge
